What different user roles are there in Schipt Online?

If you are a Moderator or Super User you can manage user settings under My Account > Users. In Schipt Online there are three user roles with different permissions:

  1. Moderator
    The moderator is the administrator of the account and has full access to all settings. This is usually the person who first register the account. The moderator is the only one who can manage account settings such as payment plans and billing information.
  2. Super User
    Super Users have permission to administer everything except account settings under "Subscriptions".
  3. Standard user
    This user role only has permission to create and manage shipments. Standard users cannot change any account settings or administer other users.
Observe that you can only assign roles that are the same or lower than your own.
