What happens if I send more delivery units than my payment plan allows?

If you exceed the number of delivery units included in your payment plan, the following will happen:

  • Manual adjustment (default): Schipt Online is blocked until the payment plan is manually updated. Additional shipments cannot be booked until the adjustment has been made. The payment plan adjustment is recalculated retroactively from the start of the turnover year. The difference will be charged on your next invoice.
  • Automatic adjustment: The payment plan is automatically upgraded. Retroactive billing is also applied here.
