Schipt Online is a cloud-based transport administration system that makes it easy to manage your shipments in one place. You can book shipments, print shipment documents, and track your shipments - without having to install a full-scale TA system in your internal network.
The system is designed for companies with simple transport flows, who currently book freight directly via the carriers' websites. With Schipt Online you don't have to keep track of multiple logins and can instead administer all your transports from one central platform.

With an account in Schipt Online you are already a good way to go! To book freight, you need to have transport agreements with the carriers you want to use. If you already have carriers you work with, you often already have everything you need. If you like to add a new carrier, you simply contact them to get started.
When you're ready to get started, Schipt Online guides you step by step through the activation process and makes sure you get all the information you need.
You also need to download Schipt Client to manage integrations and print shipping documents. Make sure you have permission to install software and that your computer is connected to the laser or label printer you want to use.

If you exceed the number of delivery units included in your payment plan, the following will happen:
- Automatic adjustment: The payment plan is automatically upgraded and recalculated retroactively from the start of the billing year. The difference will be charged on your next invoice.
- Manual adjustment (if automatic adjustment is turned off): Schipt Online is blocked until the payment plan is manually updated. Additional shipments cannot be booked until the adjustment has been made. Retroactive invoicing also applies here.
