Utöver standardformaten erbjuder vi färdiga API-integrationer och stöd för flera andra format. Kontakta support@schipt.com för mer information om vilka system vi kan koppla upp och eventuell tillkommande kostnad.
Så här konfigurerar du filintegration
Observera att din Windowsanvändare behöver åtkomst till den plats i filsystemet där ert externa system lägger integrationsfilerna.
- Öppna inställningarna i Schipt Client.
- Klicka på fliken “Integration“.
- Ange filsökvägen till de utdelade mapparna där ert externa system lägger integrationsfilerna.
- Starta om Schipt Client för att aktivera inställningarna.
- Placera en integrationsfil i Schipt IN-mappen – den kommer att försvinna inom kort.
- Om allt har fungerat korrekt ser du din nya sändning i Schipt Online!
Om integrationen misslyckas så kommer du att få ett meddelande under fliken “Logs” i Schipt Client. En misslyckad integration kan bero på att det saknas en mappning för just ditt system. Kontakta i så fall support@schipt.com för support.
