I can't print shipping documents. What do I do?

If you are having problems printing documents, follow these steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Check Schipt Client
    • Make sure Schipt Client is installed and running on your computer.
  2. Check the printer
    • Make sure that the printer is running and don't have any active error messages.
    • Go to Schipt Client and check that your printer has the correct setup.
    • Print a test page from Schipt Client.
    • Check if the document you are missing is visible in the print log in Schipt Client. 
  3. Restart your computer
    (Don't forget to check that Schipt Client starts after the computer restart)
