I have created an account and completed all the settings. Why can't I book?

If you recently created your account, it may be because your identity has not yet been confirmed.

  • We confirm all identities within a few days after the account has been created.
  • If it's been more than a week and you still cannot book shipments, contact us at support@schipt.com , and we will help you.

Tip: Check that your carriers are setup correctly and that Schipt Client is installed and running.
