I suspect my invoice is incorrect. Who should I contact?

Start by comparing the invoice with your payment plan.

  • If your payment plan includes 5 users but you only have 4 registred, you will still be invoiced for 5.
  • The same applies for carriers, delivery units and other addons – you are invoiced based on the number included in your payment plan, regardless of usage. 

Automatic adjustment of payment plan

If you have exceeded the number of delivery units included in your payment plan, it may have been adjusted automatically.
  • Your invoice is updated to match the new payment plan.
  • The extended payment plan is charged retroactively from the start of the turnover year. 

You can check your settings under My account > Subscription.
