This is how:

1. Open the shipment to which the return applies.
2. Click on the hamburger menu (the three lines) in the top right corner.
3. Choose Create a return shipment.

Now a copy of the shipment is created with reversed sender and delivery addresses, so that the return can be sent smoothly.
