How do I cancel a shipment?

  1. Open the shipment you want to cancel.
  2. Click on the hamburger menu (the three lines) in the top right corner.
  3. Choose cancel shipment. 

Important: If the shipment has already been booked, most carriers do not have the ability to accept a cancellation electronically. You must therefore always contact the carrier directly to cancel the shipment accourding to their guidelines.
