Wether you are an experienced logistics user or completely new to the subject, our goal is for you to quickly feel confident in the system.

We have an extensive FAQ library – but that doesn't mean Schipt is complicated.
On the contrary! We've gathered answers to (almost) every question you might have. Even the most inexperienced user should be able to succeed, step by step.

Here is a good start for those of you who want to get started. 

Step 1: Preparations

  • Make sure yout Windows user has the rights to install software on the computer. If not, you will need to contact your IT department for assistance Step 5 – Install Schipt Client-.
  • Make sure ur computer has access to the laser and label printer you want to use to print shipping documents. If not, you will need to contact your IT department for assistance. 
  • Set the print format on the label printer according to the labels you are using:
    • Length 186 mm / Width 105 mm
      or
    • Length 252 mm / Width 105 mm
  • If you intend to integrate your business system or other external system with Schipt Online, your Windows user must also have access to the location in your network where the external system places the integration files. 

Step 2: Fill in yout subscription details

  1. Navigate to My account and choose Subscription
  2. Check that the information under Subscription and Warehouse address is complete and correct

Step 3: Activate your carriers
